Plusieurs chantiers de maintenance et de bitumage ont \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement lanc\u00e9s \u00e0 Bizerte et Menzel Jemil, avec un investissement municipal global d\u00e9passant <strong data-start=\"336\" data-end=\"362\">7,9 millions de dinars<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"365\" data-end=\"540\">Le programme concerne <strong data-start=\"387\" data-end=\"422\">plus de 24 ruelles et quartiers<\/strong>, sur un lin\u00e9aire d\u00e9passant <strong data-start=\"450\" data-end=\"466\">4 kilom\u00e8tres<\/strong>, notamment dans les d\u00e9l\u00e9gations de Bizerte Nord, Bizerte Sud et Zarzouna.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"542\" data-end=\"966\">\u00c0 Bizerte, les travaux portent notamment sur l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du quartier Nakhlat, la maintenance des voies municipales et le renforcement de l\u2019\u00e9clairage public. Une enveloppe de <strong data-start=\"718\" data-end=\"738\">235 mille dinars<\/strong> est consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9clairage, tandis que <strong data-start=\"779\" data-end=\"799\">600 mille dinars<\/strong> sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 mobilis\u00e9s pour la maintenance des voies, avec une enveloppe suppl\u00e9mentaire de <strong data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"908\">600 mille dinars<\/strong> destin\u00e9e aux ruelles non couvertes par le premier march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"1128\">\u00c0 <strong data-start=\"970\" data-end=\"986\">Menzel Jemil<\/strong>, un nouveau chantier de bitumage a \u00e9galement d\u00e9marr\u00e9, couvrant plus de dix ruelles et quartiers pour un montant de <strong data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1127\">1,3 million de dinars<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1130\" data-end=\"1349\">Au-del\u00e0 du simple bitumage, ces projets traduisent une volont\u00e9 d\u2019am\u00e9liorer concr\u00e8tement le quotidien des habitants : routes plus praticables, \u00e9clairage renforc\u00e9, am\u00e9lioration du cadre urbain et \u00e9quipements de proximit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1351\" data-end=\"1624\">Le gouverneur de Bizerte a appel\u00e9 les services municipaux \u00e0 garantir <strong data-start=\"1420\" data-end=\"1455\">rapidit\u00e9, efficacit\u00e9 et qualit\u00e9<\/strong> dans l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des travaux, tout en r\u00e9affirmant le soutien des autorit\u00e9s r\u00e9gionales aux programmes municipaux destin\u00e9s \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les conditions de vie des citoyens.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; Le gouvernorat de Bizerte acc\u00e9l\u00e8re la modernisation de ses infrastructures routi\u00e8res.
