{"id":139324,"date":"2025-12-09T11:10:57","date_gmt":"2025-12-09T10:10:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lexpertjournal.net\/fr\/?p=139324"},"modified":"2025-12-09T11:16:39","modified_gmt":"2025-12-09T10:16:39","slug":"139324","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lexpertjournal.net\/fr\/?p=139324","title":{"rendered":"Port en eaux profondes d\u2019Enfidha : un projet ralenti, mais loin d\u2019\u00eatre enterr\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Longtemps consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un dossier fig\u00e9 dans les tiroirs de l\u2019administration, le projet du port en eaux profondes d\u2019Enfidha vient de refaire surface avec des signaux concrets.<br \/>\nLe minist\u00e8re du Transport a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les m\u00e9canismes de financement et la feuille de route op\u00e9rationnelle de ce futur hub maritime, confirmant que l\u2019ambition n\u2019a jamais disparu : elle s\u2019affine, se structure et cherche d\u00e9sormais son mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique.<br \/>\nAu moment o\u00f9 certains pensaient le projet abandonn\u00e9, les derni\u00e8res r\u00e9unions officielles montrent qu\u2019il demeure un pilier de la strat\u00e9gie logistique tunisienne.<br \/>\nUne r\u00e9union qui change la lecture du dossier<br \/>\nSous la pr\u00e9sidence de Rached Amri, ministre du Transport, une s\u00e9ance de travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9e au suivi du projet et de sa zone logistique attenante. Y ont particip\u00e9 les plus hauts responsables du secteur : la PDG de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 du Port d\u2019Enfidha, la PDG de l\u2019OMMP, ainsi que des repr\u00e9sentants de plusieurs minist\u00e8res \u00e9conomiques et techniques.<br \/>\nAu c\u0153ur des discussions :<br \/>\nles modalit\u00e9s de financement,<br \/>\nl\u2019avancement de la feuille de route,<br \/>\nl\u2019identification des \u00e9tapes op\u00e9rationnelles.<br \/>\nAutrement dit, on ne parle plus d\u2019intention mais d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie de mise en \u0153uvre.<br \/>\nUn projet strat\u00e9gique pour la souverainet\u00e9 logistique tunisienne<br \/>\nLe ministre a rappel\u00e9 une donn\u00e9e essentielle : 30% du trafic maritime mondial traverse la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e.<br \/>\nDans ce contexte, la Tunisie n\u2019a pas le luxe de l\u2019immobilisme. Enfidha repr\u00e9sente un positionnement g\u00e9opolitique qui pourrait changer l\u2019\u00e9chelle du commerce ext\u00e9rieur et reconnecter le pays aux grandes routes maritimes internationales.<br \/>\nRached Amri insiste d\u2019ailleurs sur trois axes strat\u00e9giques :<br \/>\n\u2714 un port capable d\u2019accueillir les plus grands navires du monde<br \/>\n\u2714 une infrastructure con\u00e7ue selon des standards environnementaux modernes<br \/>\n\u2714 une mise en \u0153uvre progressive, ma\u00eetris\u00e9e et align\u00e9e avec les priorit\u00e9s nationales<br \/>\nCette vision contredit frontalement l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019un projet enterr\u00e9. Le chantier n\u2019est pas arr\u00eat\u00e9 \u2014 il est structur\u00e9.<br \/>\nUn acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur de d\u00e9veloppement pour le centre tunisien<br \/>\nLe futur port n\u2019est pas qu\u2019un quai g\u00e9ant : c\u2019est une politique d\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire.<br \/>\nLa zone logistique d\u2019Enfidha, au c\u0153ur de la troisi\u00e8me r\u00e9gion du pays, pourrait devenir un relai \u00e9conomique reliant l\u2019int\u00e9rieur ouest aux c\u00f4tes orientales. De nouvelles entreprises, des emplois, des flux d\u2019exportation mieux ma\u00eetris\u00e9s \u2014 la configuration peut redessiner l\u2019\u00e9quilibre productif national.<br \/>\nLe minist\u00e8re estime que :<br \/>\nl\u2019accueil de navires de tr\u00e8s grande capacit\u00e9 r\u00e9duira les co\u00fbts logistiques,<br \/>\nles exportations seront plus comp\u00e9titives,<br \/>\nles investisseurs \u00e9trangers trouveront un point d\u2019ancrage r\u00e9gional.<br \/>\nAutrement dit, Enfidha n\u2019est pas un port \u2014 c\u2019est un pivot \u00e9conomique en devenir.<br \/>\nLa conclusion qui s\u2019impose : le dossier vit toujours<br \/>\nRien dans le discours officiel ne laisse penser que le projet est abandonn\u00e9.<br \/>\nIl est en transition, dans une phase technique o\u00f9 l\u2019enjeu n\u2019est plus de convaincre \u2014 mais de financer, cadencer et ex\u00e9cuter.<br \/>\nCe que l\u2019on croyait mort est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 en maturation.<br \/>\nLe port en eaux profondes d\u2019Enfidha n\u2019est pas enterr\u00e9 : il attend son moment.<br \/>\nEt dans un monde maritime en mutation, ce moment pourrait arriver plus vite qu\u2019on ne l\u2019imagine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Longtemps consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un dossier fig\u00e9 dans les tiroirs de l\u2019administration, le projet du port en eaux profondes d\u2019Enfidha vient de refaire surface avec des signaux concrets.
